11000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 11000 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 11000 platform on any device or web browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 11000 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 11000 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Any registration by an underage individual is void and may result in account closure and balance freeze.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
- Each user may only hold one active account on 11000.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed.
- 11000 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity at any time.
Password Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- Please notify the 11000 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 11000 platform agree not to engage in any activity that violates the following rules:
- The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with any party is strictly prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or rewards through illegitimate means is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity conducted through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or performance of 11000's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 11000 is strictly prohibited.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 11000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit and withdrawal methods include Boost, DuitNow, and local internet banking.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. 11000 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to full identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 11000 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where necessary.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified. Bonuses obtained through illegitimate means will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 11000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 11000 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
11000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. Any legitimate remaining balance following the conclusion of an investigation will be returned at 11000's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 11000 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface design, and software code — is the exclusive property of 11000 and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where links to third-party websites appear within the platform's services, 11000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
11000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the current terms.
Continued use of the 11000 platform following any published changes will be deemed full acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 11000 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, or where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
